It is with great sadness that we report the passing of David T. Richardson, MSA
David Terry Richardson, of Crawfordsville, IN passed away October 26th, 2019, at his home.
Born January 24th, 1941, he was the son of William “Chuck” and Doris Virginia (Leban) Richardson. David married Jean Ann Thompson.
He was a hard worker, working at Link Belt Chain Division for 33 years, Indianapolis Raceway Park for 22 years, NHRA Safety Safari for many years, and Ray Russell Trucking.
David was a gentle giant and loved his family. He was very involved in numerous organizations including: American Quarter Horse Association, Fraternal Order of The Eagles at Aerie Plainfield Lodge, Grottoes of North America, AASR Northern Masonic Jurisdiction in the Valley of Danville, Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of the State of Illinois at the Olive Branch Lodge, The North Worshipful Grand Lodge of AF and AM, Ansan Shriners, Shriners International, Eastern Illinois Shrine Club, Sons of the Legionnaires of Brownsburg, and he was a former member of the Moose Lodge #500. David received his MSA in 2008.
Survivors include his beloved wife: Jean Ann (Thompson) Richardson; two daughters: Theresa (Terry) Mathews, and Virginia (Beau) Dixon; four grandchildren: Amber Mathews, Brittany Moore, Sean (Brianna) Mathews, Chad (Jocelyn) Moore; seven great-grandchildren: Jayden Moore, Lexi Mathews-Dixon, D.J. Moore, Kenzlee Moore, Landyn Moore, Paisely Moore, and Brayson Moore; and one brother Larry (Donna) Richardson.
Visitation will be Saturday, November 2, 2019 from Noon to 2:00 p.m. at Flanner Buchanan, Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46229. Funeral Services will follow visitation.
