Brother Russell, presently the Executive Director of DeMolay International, oversees governance for more than 19,000 DeMolay members and registered Adult Advisors. He has spearheaded expansive technological growth for the organization during his tenure.

As the Director of Development, Brother Russell will manage day-to-day operations of the Scottish Rite Development team and look to grow funding for these major areas: The Grand Almoner's Fund, the Children's Dyslexia Centers, Leon M. Abbott scholarships, and the Scottish Rite Masonic Museum & Library.

Brother Russell received a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication from Northwest Missouri State University. He earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Jack Welch Management Institute, Strayer University. He attained the prestigious non-profit designation Certified Association Executive (CAE) in 2015, through the the American Society for Association Executives.
Brother Russell was raised as Master Mason in Calvin W. Prather Lodge No.717, Indianapolis, IN, in 2010. He is a member of the Valley of Indianapolis Scottish Rite, NMJ, and is a Noble from Ararat Temple.
