Malcom Ross - Paxton Lodge

Malcolm Kenneth Ross, 84, of Paxton died at 1:15 a.m. Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at the Illinois Knights Templar Home, Paxton.
A private family service will be held at Glen Cemetery, Paxton. Baier Family Funeral Services, Paxton is handling arrangements.
Malcolm was born June 20, 1930 in Leona, New York a son of Joseph and Myrtle Legg Ross. He married June Joan Johnson on May
8, 1955. She survives.
Along with his wife, Joan, he is survived by two sons, Ron (Tammy) Ross of Paxton, Scott Ross of Paxton; six grandchildren and seven
great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Bert and a sister, Margaret Huewitt.
Malcolm served in the United States Air Force and retired as a Civil Service employee after working 38 years at Chanute Air Force
Base. He was a member of the Paxton Church of Christ. He was also a member of Ford Chapter No. 113, Royal Arch Masons, Paxton
Council No. 129, Cryptic Masons and Mt. Olivet Commandery No. 38, Knights Templar. He was a 50-year member in the Chapter and
Commandery. In addition, Malcolm was a Past Master and 50-year member of Paxton Masonic Lodge No. 416, Ancient Free and
Accepted Masons.
