Richard A. "Dickie" Puzey - Catlin Lodge

WESTVILLE – Richard A. "Dickie" Puzey, 78, of Westville passed away at 7:45 p.m. Tuesday (Feb. 10, 2015) at Presence United Samaritans Medical Center, Danville.
He was born Feb. 14, 1936, in Danville to William Richard and Edith Church Puzey.
Survivors include two nieces, Tara Puzey of Springdale, Ark., and Lynn "Pat" Suppan of Makanda; and one great-nephew, Blake Carlson of Chicago.
He was preceded in death by one brother, William Lee Puzey.
"Dickie" was a longtime truck driver, having operated his rig over 50 years; he also farmed for a time.
He was a member of the Fairview United Methodist Church, Danville Consistory, Catlin Masonic Lodge and Ansar Shrine.
Funeral services will be at noon Monday at Robison Chapel in Catlin. Rev. Matt Filicsky will officiate. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Indianola. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Monday at the funeral home.
