Scott Niccum - Greenup Lodge

CHARLESTON — Scott “Wormy” Niccum, 45, passed away Saturday, November 30, 2013.
Memorial visitation will be Thursday, December 5, 2013 at the Caudill-King Funeral Home, 1117 Jackson, Charleston, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Masonic Rites will begin at 7:00 p.m. Memorials in his honor may be made to the Masonic IL CHIP program (Child Identification Program).
Scott was born June 28, 1968 at Paxton, Illinois, son of Larry and Carol (Neft) Niccum. He was united in marriage to Marie Frances Westover, August 30, 1997 at Charleston; she survives. Also surviving is his mom: Cheryl Niccum of Paxton; two sisters: Jodi Lukens of Paxton and Stacey Johnson of Wisconsin; and two nephews: Eric Messer of Rantoul and Dakota Lukens of Hickam, HI. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Scott was manager of Mach 1 convenience store of Charleston. He was a 33rd Degree Mason. He was a member and Past Master of the Greenup Masonic Lodge and a plural member of the Hutton Masonic Lodge, and held honorary memberships in several lodges in the area. He was a Past Thrice Potent Master of the Lodge of Perfection, Danville Scottish Rite Consistory. Scott was the district coordinator for the Masonic IL CHIP program, for the Illinois Eastern District. If Scott wasn’t at work, he could be found at the Lodge
